I have been planning to write this blog post for almost 2 months, but have not had a chance to get to it. The weekend after we closed on the house (March 19), we decided to take the kids to the Little Rock Zoo. We had not been able to spend a lot of quality family time together in a while, with Joey going to Germantown to get the house ready to close. We got there a few minutes before the zoo opened, so I snapped a "family" picture. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of pictures of Bailey in this. She slept most of the time. Connor loved the zoo. He walked around with Joey the entire time. It was so great to see them together.
Connor enjoyed seeing the penguins, monkeys, elephants, koi fish, and birds. He wasn't too crazy about the bird house, though. The Little Rock Zoo is nice. It is not as impressive as the Memphis Zoo or the Kansas City Zoo, but we had a good time. It was nice to spend some time together as a family. Here are some more pics of my men. God bless!!!
